I saw your poppy post earlier in the week and it prompted me to write my first comment (despite reading your blog for months), which would go along the lines of... "Congratulations on your first papaver – they are breath taking. I grow them in Geelong and we don’t always get the winter frost which results in long and lovely stems. This orange bloom is dazzling."
But now I have seen your Lupins and am seriously envious as I have never been able to grow them despite assurances. I think I need to take a stroll in my garden again to restore faith in my own horticultural fertility. Carol
