Mother's Day is not the happiest day for everyone out there. Your mother might do you your head in, she may not be with you anymore, maybe you're trying for kids without success.
It can be tricky. So I don't want you to think I am thrusting my handmade A4 paper briefcase with pipe cleaner handles in your face. Just want to say I hope you have a good day whatever your circumstances are and if you are a mum I hope you got a cup of tea in bed. You totally deserve it.
All my love. Xx
Very thoughtful post. You enjoy your Mother's Day!

Thoughtful and considerate. That's why I like you so much.
Happy mother's day.
PS Not a mother, but I totes got a cup of tea in bed this morning. The only upside of having a headcold, I suppose.

One thing that I like about your blog is your honesty about your emotions, and thus your understanding of humanity's emotional "ways"/boundaries/what others might go thru. What you go through gives you understanding about what others might feel, even in different experiences. 10/10 for that, and I saw that in this post.
On another front, today's post, Canberra winters, for someone from Sydney and the Central Coast (me), never ever seem normal, even after 12 years. Torture never becomes normal...
